My complaint:
On March 30, 2021 I bought some Monero, XMR (1.012000) and I had some BNB (0.14484852).
For some reason that I do not know, today, (04.12.2021) after going through the login process, I noticed that there are no funds, no XMR and no BNB.
I enclosed 2 screenshots, one of my bank statement showing that I was charged by Binace for the amount of 300 dollars, and the other screenshot showing them the physical record of the cryptos that I bought.
Suggested solution:
They should place my funds back to my account because I am showing them proof from my back that thy charged me 300 dollars. They are robbing me 300 dollars.
