My complaint:

I have been a Binance client since 2018. I reopened my account to withdraw funds as instructed within 48 hours. The security process took longer than 48 hours with no one responding to the video of my face and identity and now I am completely restricted. I need to transfer my money.

Suggested solution:

Please allow me to log on and move my crypto currency, as this basically stealing my money! PLEASE.
