My complaint:
On Apr 19, 04.21 Limit sell order for 0.53991 ETH fulfilled at 2198 USDT. Total of 1186.72778 USDT to be deposited to my spot wallet but missing.
I sold 50% of ETH in my spot wallet , i still have 50% in my spot wallet. I filed a complaint with case ID 70342969 but no response. After several days, I filed another complaint case ID 70687426. I have upload the trade history and my wallet balance to proof no USDT in my wallet. Binance announced that the website is performing system upgrade on 22 Apr ,2021. May be some problem with the system, but this transaction happened before system upgrade.
Suggested solution:
They should check my account to verify the transaction and credit back the 1186.72778 USDT to my Binance account. Binance must give me a response to update me what is their action.
Update: Issue resolved. USDT in earn wallet.
