My complaint:

Since February 19th this year I have been chasing up SEVERAL times to get my account re-activated.

I have provided a photo, a video, and ID verification as requested to the Binance staff TWICE yet NOTHING has been done about it.

Every agent that reads the chat message does not bother reading the notes on file or previous comments and asks me what is the problem?

It takes on average 3 weeks for some agent to reply in which I have to end up explaining myself all over again.

It’s a bad combination of poor staff training and an ineffective chat system.

I’m not going to provide you my personal ID information for the 3rd time and need to know why you have misused it already.

Suggested solution:

All they have to do is check the documents I provided and re-activate my account. It's very simple. I need access to my account and I will withdraw my funds not use that account EVER again.!!!
