My complaint:
I sent Ethereum from my Binance.com to Binance.US account and it just disappeared. I used the Ethereum network to send it but its been 3 months and nothing. Neither Binance nor Binance.us account is willing to do anything. It seems like a simple fix of bringing the crypto back but all I got from them is that they are working on it initially, and after a few more emails to them asking to give me back the Crypto they are not replying.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my Ethereum!
