Hi Dear Team
I am new in BINANC and I have surprised and shocked when I figure out while i am in app that they suspend my withdrawal with out any information or any warning and when I ask to the customer service why ??
the request to know from where i got the transaction then I provide attached please check
now the request for a screenshot for conversation which is illegal for me and the one who I did chat with him and i never face this issue before i have been trying with them almost 3 days and the team there seems like they won’t listen
i really have a bad expertise and feel inconvenience about what is going on i feel like I am guilty i feel to bad for myself for keeping answer quotations seems like I am criminal and it was too tuff and unprofessional. the conversation with the customer service its too long to share it here
and in the end, they are holding my money and you are using that against me and because of you i can’t continue to work there anymore

release my money and unblock my withdrawal so i can work in the app and also apologize about what they did to me for 3 days now
