My complaint:
I requested to update my new phone number they requested a copy of DL front and back which I sent! Then they requested I follow a sequence of 17 steps in order to verify me! This includes photos holding a sign showing date, video of me stating that my acct was compromised, which it wasn’t, IP address of all other devices I use etc every time they respond is a different person! No phones available to call no supervisor on duty! At this point I want to close my acct and withdraw all my funds! Less than $500 I think
