Binance complaint: Several erros when I set an order and never occured even when the price crossed. Also, a sell order that I did became a buy order.

My complaint:

For the error specified above I lost all my position of 131461 ADAUSDT

Suggested solution:

The fairest way to solve this is to get back my position of 131461 ADAUSDT. If binance cannot do this, I am open to receive the same amount in the easiest way for binance, I do not care if the amount is in BNB, USDT, spot, futures or whatever.
