I downloaded Binance and an app that is called Biance Chain and was advised that the second was the Trading Platform for Binance. I paid all my money into Binance and then transferred it to Binance Chain where they will not released it unless I keep adding money.
Suggested solution:
I have all the screenshots anyone could need of what has happened, including the USDT links used. I tried to contact Binance Customer Support as soon as I realised it was fake, but it has now been a whole day and they have said nothing. They should have tried to help sooner, this is time sensitive! I am still waiting for any hope now.
We’re you able to withdraw your money now from the app? Normally, when you deposit money in the app, it requires you to perform trading first, it must be in the amount of what you deposit. If you just deposited and didn’t do any trade. But it seems you were able to withdraw since it shows in your screen it is frozen. Let me know, my account was disabled after I tried withdrawing 2000 USDT. But I had no problem withdrawing before smaller sums.
