Binance complaint: Cannot withdraw crypto to another wallet

My complaint:

I cannot withdraw my crypto
It says low key security when I try to withdraw forwards me to email verification and when I type my email in it says email already in use.
I had a msg saying I signed in with a different IP address and I guess this has something to do with it

I am verified

Suggested solution:

Dismiss low key security and allow me to withdraw my crypto
