My complaint:
I have 2 Binance accounts, can still access them but absolutely nobody is available to assist. Chat queues last between 4 and 7h (not kidding) and if you are not in front of the chat for 10s the agent arrive, they close it. 5Days I am trying to reach them to send me my funds…Still waiting
