My complaint:
I got a 3rd party fraudulent payment from a seller name aayush sharma. He is making his insta followers make purchases through binance p2p. And there is no product delivery. The 3rd party is just giving FIR to the person they paid.
I wanted to get details about it and is waiting for more than 8 hours now.
Suggested solution:
According to the demand, binance shud employ more customer care executives. Else provide a mail Id to help faster.
