My complaint:
HI,
I recently set up an account and over the last 6 days I have been unable to deposit funds after my initial deposit. I am completely fed up can’t even withdraw my funds. Luckily I didn’t transfer a larger sum. There is no help apart from an online bot. Awful service. Plus my account is verified so completely confused.
Suggested solution:
Resolve payment situation for me or return my funds.
