My complaint:
I made a payment on Friday 21.05.2021 from my visa card (lloyd bank uk) of £500 to buy usdt on binance buy with CreditDebit card section.
At the end, message came out that your Quotation Expired , do you want to proceed? I selected NO
And than message came that your Transaction failed cancelled. The cash charged on ur card would be returned.
But amount of £500 has been taken from my card and i still didn’t get my money
Suggested solution:
Please refund my amount of £500.
