My complaint:

I recently signed up to Binance after recommendation from my friends telling me it is a simple and easy application to use.
Since then I am unable to deposit any more money to buy coins and the staff have not been able to help me at all, despite me pleading for help it appears to be a generic response each time. When trying to withdraw money back they have made it overly complicated and put me in position of panic and stress. It’s only a small amount however that money can go towards something I actually need but I feel like I’m not getting it back. When trying to if it is all completed and I’ll be getting the money I put into the app back the staff ignore me and transfer me to a different department who do not respond
