My complaint:

My account was deactivated, and I wish to reactivate it. I tried doing that,but my ID is not uploading. Before it got deactivated, it was difficult to capture to complete my verification.

Suggested solution:

Please help me with the uploading of my ID to reactivate my account and after which the capturing to complete the verification process. If that is not possible, help me delete the account and the details so I can open another one. Thanks
