My complaint:
I’ve sent about 6 tickets in total to binance for the same issue. I sent BNB coin from my trust wallet to the binance app and i never received it. It’s been over 3 weeks and I have never received help from them once.
Suggested solution:
ANSWER MY EMAIL. It’s literally not that hard. Give me my crypto it’s not theirs lol
