My complaint:
I changed my password on my Binance account and now my funds have been locked into the account for 24 hours when I need to transfer the funds across as soon as possible.
I spoke with a consultant on the chat function, however, they were being extremely rude and did not assist me with my query.
I asked to raise a complaint and they said that is was also not possible.
Suggested solution:
Lift the 24 hour block and allow for me to transfer the funds across as the value may decrease.
All that I am asking for is being able to have access to my funds, which is ridiculous.
