Binance complaint: P2P account disabled

My complaint:

Due to the fact that I’m new to the p2p trading, I always tell this buyer to release my coin before I will pay money to their bank but most of them would asked me mark as paid and later tell me to oay first or else they will mark file for appeal which they always do but I’m also confused why they would trick me into marking order as paid and then ask me to pay which I always refuse. Now as a result of these appeals my p2p account has been disabled.

Suggested solution:

Please just pardon me for this mistake from my end I have read the rules guiding the p2p trade. I won't fall short of ir again.
Remove the restrictions please.
