My complaint:
They fill only partially the order, these will stay open for hours etc until you cancel them or until markets goes back up. I lost thousands in this way with Binance. Their answer : they don’t care. Wait for market to go up. That’s was my whole idea, to sell and buy low. They done this to me 100x last few months.
Suggested solution:
They should fill all the open orders 100% not 31% only then wait for market to go back up
