I have requested a request of execution of market sell on above time of all position in CHZ, which reach price of $0.9449
Despite pressing spontaneous market sell at this time which indicated the above price, action got delayed due to freezing desk App to time 20:07:02 at price of 0.58991 causing a huge loss of;
Sell execution supposed to $0.9449 x amount (190,603.9) $180,101.6
But executed;
Sell executed at price of $0.58991 resulting in total of $112,438.4
LOSS $67663.2
I am very loyal customer of Binance and I have been very disappointed with the above technical problem that resulted this huge loss and I would be grateful for your review
of my account and compensation of the above financial loss
