My complaint:
Not allow me to sell out of my position.
I bought the Doge coin With about five or £600 worth of equity and I made a margin borrowing to increase my exposure.
Once the price began to drop I attempted to sell out.
The system kept saying that I did not have any DOGE coin to sell and I tried that one click liquidation option many many times including trying to sell various amounts 25% 50% each time I received various error messages.
I became quite panicked as the price began to drop more and more.
I engaged multiple chats but the customer service did not respond to me.
I attempted to login through the website and open a chat but the customer service did not respond to me.
I had £600 of equity and about £2300 of debt and I was attempting to sell out of my whole position full stop but I could not
Do you think from my complete experience of finance that they are a criminal organisation who do not have anything except malintent and a malicious intent intent towards their customers.
At the moment I have now lost about £200 of my equity and they continue to ignore my messages on chat and they continue to block my selling out of the position.
Suggested solution:

They should and ought to provide me with the total equity from the very first moment I attempted to liquidate my position. I also ought to pay me compensation for the stress that I went through spending hours attempting to contact them.
