Binance complaint: No liquidation warning multiple times

My complaint:

It has happened twice now costing me hundreds of dollars being liquidated. I received the message to add more money in my futures account 3 hours after my positions were closed due to liquidation. I was promised on time notifications which is not the case and cost me huge money. I had hoped not to complain last time but happened again today which cost me much today. I understand my positions are my responsibility but the reason I prefer binance for trade is because I was promised on time notifications through text and phone notifications but thats rarely the case. Im extremely disappointed .

Suggested solution:

I dont know how you can make it better. I should be compensated atleast 10 to 20%, Im a father of 3 kids, I work 75 hours a week and I had earned that money through much risk and losses. It was my mistake putting my faith and being dependent on binance notifications.
