My complaint:
Since February I’ve been trying to get answers. All they do is send automated replies with FAQs that do not answer my question.
At some point, they made their service unavailable to US customers. I can no longer deposit, buy or sell cryptocurrencies through them. My question is how do I get my nearly 20,000 coins out of there.
Suggested solution:
Answer my question.
