My complaint:
Hi. I bought ethereum on binance for £1787.70, including transfer fee. This was on 280521 and a separate payment of £14.71 on 200521.
On 31st May. I found my ethereum missing on binance. Which means, I have no ethereum in my binance wallet. Basically. I’ve lost ALL my ethereum from my binance account. I did not withdraw ANY ethereum at all. I have my bank statement and the deposit transactions on the binance account. There is no withdrawal transaction on my binance account. So I don’t understand where my ethereum is gone. Where my money is gone. And how it just completely vanished.
Suggested solution:
I would like either all my ethereum or all my money back. This has put me off buying anymore cryptocurrency in the future until I get all my moneyethereum back.
