My complaint:
I buy ANC crypto and then when wanted to sell the crypto was not available in my wallet.
upon refreshing the app message pop up which says due to miscalculation I may face problem.
I am unable to buy or sell and afraid to lose my crypto as they are stuck.
kindly help
Suggested solution:
kindly make my crypto available and pay the losses if I have made after this transaction. I have screen shots where assets are available in spot but when I want to trade it shows zero assets.
