My complaint:
Hello, I borrowed money via margin trading to enter a quick trade. I transferred 4k aud to get 12k aud worth of USDT. I then bought BTC with the USDT. Moments later I went to sell the BTC I had purchased, and repay, but the system told me I had not borrowed any BTC, even though it said just above that that I had 0.27BTC available. I could not find any way to repay my margin as I could not sell the BTC I had, also it would tell me I could buy with my original amount of USDT even though I had 0 USDT. I have photos of all of this, I ended up 20 minutes later being able to do it via my phone but this lead to me losing $100. Which is not fair, I lost money due to a system error not my own doing.
Suggested solution:
Please pay me back the $100 AUD I lost.
