My complaint:
Am failing to upgrade my account using National ID. I did basic but failing to do intermediate Verification since I don’t have a Passport at the moment. What should I do?
Suggested solution:
I would like Binance to open up an option of National ID on my account so that I should be able to verify to intermediate level.
