My complaint:
i submitted a wire withdrawal request from binance over a week ago and they took the money out of my binance account but never wired it to my bank account and never responded to any support tickets
Suggested solution:
they should send the wire ASAP and reimburse me for the wire fee and compensate me for the stress and not having my money for more than a week
Hi I have exactly the same problem, binance lost my 2100 euro. My money is missing for 2 weeks now and all they say we are trying to figure out what happened. Don’t know what to do anymore
