Binance complaint: Holding my funds unnecessarily for more than a month.

My complaint:

To make a long story short, BinanceUS sent me an automated message claiming I had a deposit that bounced and I must pay a fee. Upon this flag on my account, all trading and withdrawals of my money has been suspended for me. I opened a ticket after the fee was paid, and stated that I have bank statements showing that the funds did not bounce, and that their automated system must have a bug. After paying the fee, I was hit with ANOTHER auto message saying this second deposit had bounced. I ly showed BInance my bank statements, and they deleted the support ticket and never messaged me back.

Fast forward a month from this incident, I still cannot trade or withdrawal my funds. Incidentally, I found a way to trade through their web page instead of their app, and was able to at least close my positions out, which seems like again a bug to me, though maybe they have a feature that allows you to close your positions, though this is not stated and trying to sell on their app say Trading restricted

I am not able to withdraw my money though, and would like to because I’m extremely frustrated and put that through this entire endeavor, I was never once contacted by a real person, or have had any contact with a customer service rep. For being one of the biggest brokerages around, I think this is bad form and I would no longer wish to support them. On top of that, I would like the $500 back that I contested owing them in the first place.

Suggested solution:

As I said at the end of my previous message, I would like to withdraw my funds, and discontinue use of their platform. I would also like to speak with someone about this contested charge of $500, though I am so frustrated at this point, I would willing let them have the $500 if they would allow me to just have control of the remaining funds in my account so I can discontinue their services. It seems to me like they do not care in the slightest and don\'t feel the need to address customer issues.
