My complaint:

I purchased digital assets and the payment of those assets was approved and ed by my bank.

Binance did not deliver those assets and will not give a refund in a reasonable amount to time.

Suggested solution:

Refund the payment within 72 hours.

2 years ago - So it's been 48 hours since I lodged a formal complaint with binance and they assigned the case to a new team. I haven't had any update during that time. Also binance have now taken possession of my funds to the value of 5000gbp. Who knows where my money is or what they plan to do with it??? I'm not being kept in the loop. 48 hours is a long time in crypto currency and I don't think binance have the appropriate infrastructure or business process to give investors confidence when dealing with transactions like mine or yours. Pretty shocked at the absence of customer support for an organisation with such high turnover.
