My complaint:

My account has been restricted since 11 feb 2021 and i have received no explainations from binance at all to this moment.
i have tried so many different ways to contact binance customer service but to no avail at all.
the customer service is totally ignorent of custoners complaints and will not reply to any attempts to customers contacting them.
the appeal notice states that the process wil take 7 to 10 days. this was originally showing 3 days, now changed to 7-10 days. however my appeal has been ignored since 11 feb 2021. this is rediculous.
i tried finding guidance and help in a group called binance in telegram where someone pretending to be from binance technical support contacted me directly and asked for $300 to reset my account in binance to release the restriction. i did not fall for that scam. you will see the photo of the staff card that was sent to me trying to scam me. i have now been barred in that telegram group to prevent me publishing the scam and the scammer’s binance staff id card photo

I want binance to release my account so that i can withdraw my assets from binance and never use them again. i simply want to leave binance with my assets.
