My complaint:

I transferred the sum of N190,000 one hundred and ninety thousand Nigeria naira (NGN) to Finance account on 27th December 2020. The money was not credited to my account till date. I have contacted Binance support and communication was established with intent to refund me the money. The transaction was ed by the support.
From January 2021 till the work of support became overwhelming I have tried to remind them of their failure to refund my money often.
My money being with you and no refund I do not understand even when you promised of doing so.
If you require evidences of the transactions, I will be glad to furnish you with them.
I would not ask for much if I request that anything worth doing to refund me my money should be done for the failure to refund me has created a big problem for me.
