My complaint:
I have deposited funds via the Pay Id provided by Binance. My account was locked out the next day and after many complaints to Binance they are still unable to locate my missing funds. I have the payment receipt from my bank so the money definitely went trough to them. Their customer support is absolutely hopeless. It has been over two weeks now and so far there is no resolution in sight.
Suggested solution:
Either refund the funds back to my bank account or credit my Binance account
