Binance complaint: Failure to Reset 2FA Upon Request and Supporting Documentation

My complaint:

On Feb 17, 2021, I requested (request 385994) that 2 factor authentication (2FA) be reset on my Binance.US account. To do so Binance.US Customer Support asks that customers take the following 3 steps: 1. Attach the same photo of your identification that was used to register your account. 2. Attach a selfie photo of yourself, holding the same proof of identification. 3. Attach a video of yourself, holding the proof of identification and repeat the following phrase: Today is (DATEMONTHYEAR), I am requesting to reset my account 2FA for my Binance.US account associated with (email@email.com). I completed all 3 steps and, consequently, feel strongly that 2FA should have been reset on my account.

Suggested solution:

Reset 2FA on my Binance.US account without any further delay.
