My complaint:
From many weeks i have been trying to verify the facial verification , from my phone as well as laptop . Bit every single time it is failing .
Suggested solution:
Fix the facial verification issue from your side or let me reupload my id card. I feel the id card photo was not clear so my face is not recognized by the verification process
