My complaint:
On the 3rd of January, 2021, around 6:30:51 pm, I converted my 96.05usdt to btc when it was at around $32k to $33k but not more! N I got an equivalent of 0.002802! Presently coupled with the fact that btc is at the rate of $37k, if I want to convert my btc back to usdt, its giving me an equivalent of 74.6 usdt! I.e I’ve shorted nothing less than 31usdt which was not accounted for!
Please I would like for a rectification to be done!

I think the problem is with the conversion on the application, so please kindly resolve that! Cause when I actually checked the equivalent of the .002802 on another platform, it gave me more than what binance app is converting for me... so.
