Binance complaint: Deposit send to Binance, but is not in my Binance account

My complaint:

I deposited from my Mbank account in Poland 400 Euro. Mbank s the deposit took place, but the money is not in my Binance account.

Sent also to www.complain.biz

Suggested solution:

Either put the money into my account, preferred, or send it back to my Mbank account.
