My complaint:
hi, I created my finance account 2 days back . I deposited 100 aud and bought doge coins. now when I tried to make the second deposit to buy ada coins worth of aud 30, it didn’t go through and I received the notification, that my account deposits are restricted and my account is in risk.
I submitted the appeal aswell which had proofs of my original ID card, selfie with card, transaction screenshot and card picture. I don’t know how long will it take to get resolved but this was the perfect opportunity for me to invest more and this problem is not allowing me to do that.
it is a request to please solve this issue as soon as possible.
