My complaint:
I was contacted by agents from 26th to 27th of May 2021 who took me through verification took my ID and made me believe I was investing in Bitcoin.
They gave me their names as Jose, Celine, Eva, Sabah Esboui which now I believe are not their proper names.
By their actions they took my money to the tune of £24000 and since then I have not heard from them again.
I reported the case to my bank Nat West and after a long period of waiting for their investigation they came back to tell me because the monies taken from my account were deposited in a Binance account they couldn’t help me.
I also reported the case to the fraud team they also came back to say they could not help me.
Suggested solution:
Please help me get my hard earned pension money of £24,000 back
