My complaint:
Constantly asking to upload videos to withdraw funds. Stating that the quality is not sufficient to read the data however I have sent them several screenshots of the video it self the data is very clear and visible.
Suggested solution:
By allowing me to withdraw funds or transferring coins to other wallets.
