My complaint:
My Phone number was hacked along with my email account, that is attached to my Binance account. I am unable to log into my Binance account and I no longer have access to the email account. I tried contacting Binance support, but I didn’t even receive as much as a respond from my them. I have a good amount of crypto in my Binance wallet and I’m afraid that some one may remove them. I tried logging in as soon as I realized my email account was gone but My password would not work on my Binance account anymore and I’m not getting any help from Binance.
Suggested solution:
I need someone to first freeze my account so that I don't loose my coins, then contact me on the new email I will provide, I will provide any identification that they need to prove my identity. I need to regain access to my account and I don't want to loose my coins.
