My complaint:
Recently I have deposited USDT into a wallet address that was supposedly my account for a Trading company. Their website is symbol-index.com. As it turns out it was a scam company that was unregistered and fraudulent. This means that I have lost $803USD of my hard earnt income. While trying to get my money back I’ve been told by legal specialist that are involved in these type of scams that Binance should have warned me about this company before allowing me to deposit into this wallet address. I am aware that Binance have neglected their responsibilities by ignoring my transactions and therefore haven’t done their job they were supposed to do by providing a safe and secure cryptocurrency exchange. I request my money returned to me as I was given no warning whatsoever by Binance.

They can resolve my complaint by complying with request that I think is very fair.
