My complaint:
Binance has locked me out from withdrawing the money I deposited, despite me having waited the 10 days they requested. A message says it’s locked for ‘risk management’, but there is no indication of what I’ve done wrong (nothing, I’m fully verified and authorized to be using Binance in my state). I’ve tried to open support tickets but they have completely ignored me. Meanwhile I’m losing a huge amount of money because of this action.
