My complaint:

I started to use Binance to buy cryptocurrencies.

After purchasing for a second time I could no longer access my account and Customer support denied the existence of an account with such a email address. I have received emails from them on this account since the beginning of my registration.

Suggested solution:

They should send my money back to my bank account via bank transfer.
