Binance complaint: Attempted to purchase $500 in USDT, my credit card was charged but the coins were never received

My complaint:

On 15-Apr-21 I attempted to purchase $500 in USDT coins through the Binance website using my credit card. The $500 was successfully charged to my credit card and showed up on my credit card statement but was never deposited in by USDT wallet by Binance. I have been continuously attempting to get the matter resolved with Binance support but having no success. I have been repeatedly providing the requested information, proof and documentation to what seems to be chat bots through the website support system but with no success

Suggested solution:

Please either credit me my USDT which I was attempting to purchase or return the money to my credit card.
