My complaint:

I cannot buysell, deposit or withdraw my funds on the Binance US app. After I set up my account with Binance at my residence in Alaska, and was fully verified, I deposited some funds into my Binance account. I then went on a trip. I’m a cargo pilot and fly around the world. When I tried to login to Binance on a layover in China, I had to use a VPN to access the internet outside of China. When I tried to make a trade, the Binance app said I needed to submit proof of address again to verify my identity. I tried repeatedly, but each time, after hours of waiting, I got a message stating that I had failed the verification process. I emailed customer support days ago, but the only response I got was a robotic statement that there is basically going to be a long time before this gets resolved. I’m back in the USA, but in my home city or state, and went through the process for verification again. Now, when I try to withdraw my money, the app just says Verification Pending. This was over 22 hours ago. Don’t they understand that people travel overseas and in some cases have to use VPN to use the internet in certain countries? Now my money is frozen in the Binance account and I can’t do anything about it.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

Use common sense and understand that people log on from different countries and different devices. Free up my money so I can use it. As soon a it is, I will remove my funds and never use or recommend this app to anyone again. This has cost me much money, and their customer service is horriblenonexistent.
