My complaint:
I was in the process of trading gems with my grandson in pet sim 99 n Roblox and I was immediately kicked only to find out I was banned. No explanation no nothing other than you have been kicked from this experience. Error code 267
I go on to the support group page within discord and when I ask for help I start getting called names and hateful verbiage being slung at me. I am 49 years old and I have spent thousands of dollars on this game only to have fun and spend time with my grandson and now I’m banned for NO reason given.
I should not be grouped in with those who get banned for exploiting or whatever it is they do, these computer systems should be way more in advanced to be able to cipher between the 2. Apparently I’m not the only person this is happening to, many many other complaints about this.
I need my account reinstated and I think I deserve an explanation of why it happened so I may try to avoid this non sense moving forward.
Suggested solution:
Reinstate my pet sim 99 account so I can continue to play.
