My complaint:

I’m a disabled person so going out to places like westfield Stratford is a very big event for me.
Today I unfortunately visited the big easy in Stratford. I have visited the one in the kings road on several occasions and have been very impressed.
It was only today that I had made the mistake of assuming that all the managers in their establishments are properly trained and not into Racially Profiling.
Today after having a meal and paying the waiter in cash with a tip in, I then left the restaurant only to be totally embarrassed outside and accused of non payment. I was totally shocked returned to the restaurant with my proof of receipt. It’s clearly obvious that the manager in question is of limited ability and has racial issues. I protested being treated this way his apology wasn’t sincere and I didn’t need to hear about previous incidents with other customers. I left but went back and demanded to talk to someone in authority who knows what they are doing. To be honest I wasn’t really impressed by his half hearted apologies either.
This behaviour has to stop. I definitely will not be returning there.
The food at the Kings Road branch is far better.

Suggested solution:

They need to organise themselves so that they know exactly what they are doing. Either retrain or change the management
