My complaint:

Went to big easy on 19th June 2022, and the following happened –
We had to wait 2025 minutes to be served
Food arrived cold, salty and pre cooked.
Fries never arrived. Manager didn’t want to take them off the bill and insisted we waited for them to arrive.
Arrived home to my wife being sick from the food.
“Discretionary” service charge wasn’t removed when I asked it to Be removed.

Suggested solution:

Full refund of £93.29
